Will my furniture be assembled for me?
In almost all cases, your furniture will arrive assembled. One notable exception is beds, where customer assembly may be required.

How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email notifying you of the status of your order. You may view the order status by logging in to your account and then click on my account, you will then have an option to view the orders that you have made. Once you place the order you will receive the contact information of the service representative that will help you with your order.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, simply call the customer service representative, or, if you prefer, e-mail us at orders@sheids.com A full refund will promptly be made to your credit cars. In some cases a restocking fee may apply if you cancel your order more than 48 hours after it has been placed.

What if I’m unhappy with my purchase?
When you purchase from www.sheids.com you’re covered by the same return policies and guarantees as our store customers. Within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise. Sheids will refund the difference or your total purchase price. No refunds or cancellations on special orders.

Can you deliver outside the United States or Canada?
Sorry, at this time we cannot deliver outside the United States and Canada at this time.

Pricing and Payments
Are the prices in my Shopping Cart guaranteed?
Sheids.com makes every attempt to maintain the lowest prices on the items we offer, but price changes do occur, sometimes overnight. As a result, prices on items stored in your shopping cart are subject to change until you have actually placed your order and has been approved.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, Check or Money Order, PayPal, and CitiFinancial finance option.

Do you charge my credit card at the time I place my order?
We require payment in full at the time of your order. We will authorize your card when you complete your order, which includes confirming your account number and your available balance with your credit card company. Your card is not charges at this time. We will charge your credit card when your order is processed and approved. Payment requirements are explained fully during the checkout process.

Do you accept COD orders?
We cannot accept COD orders. All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.

Do you offer protection for the furniture that you sell?
Yes, we offer protection plans that will protect your furniture for years to come.

How can I protect the furniture that I purchase?
When you click “proceed to checkout” from you sheids.com shopping cart, you will arrive at the first step of our easy-to-use order process. If you have items in your order that can be protected, you will see additional information and pricing. Click “apply” and your furniture will be protected from normal household stains and damage.

There are many websites available to help with decorating. IE www.marthastewart.com

What if I have questions about a product?
One of the benefits of our site is that there’s always someone nearby to answer any questions you may have. If you are on our home page, you will find our contact information on the bottom of the page. You can also email your questions to orders@sheids.com

What if I have questions about my order?
We will send you the phone number for the customer support department as we receive your order. And don’t forget, an easy-to-access order status is always available online.
